Self-Rescue/ Move Safely in Deep Water

The fundamental elements of back crawl and freestyle swimming

ATTENTION: We do NOT start with the breaststroke! We do not use fixed swimming aids such as arm bands or vests!

If necessary, we can take the regular swimming badges

Goal: Jump into the deep pool and then complete 50m in back crawl style. Achieving the goal is individual and varies from person to person. Some learn quickly and others just need more practice!
