2. Wednesday and Saturday at Familienbad Niederheid:

-Paul Thomas Straße 35, 40589 Duesseldorf- Free parking space is available in front of the pool- Wednesday 4:45-7:00 pm- Saturday 5-6:30 pm- Water temperature ca. 30 degrees- We use on Wednesday 1/3 of the small pool and Saturday 25m line with about 26 degrees

3. Friday and Sunday Rheinbad 33:

- Rheinbad Europaplatz 1, 40474 Duesseldorf(please us for the GPS Stockumer Höfe then follow instructions towards Rheinbad) - Free parking space is available in front of the pool - Friday 4:15-7:00 pm - Sunday 12:00 am to 3 pm - We use a 25m line with 26 degrees water temperature

4. Sunday Allwetterbad Flingern:

- Flinger Broich 91a, 40235 Duesseldorf-Free parking space is available in front of the pool - Sunday from 9:15 am to 12:15 pm - We use a 25m line with 26 degrees

5. Sunday at Schwimm in Bilk:

- Bachstraße 145, 40217 Duesseldorf-Sunday 12:15 am to 3:15 pm- We use a 25m line with 26 degrees water temperature - Parking space is available in front of the pool

1. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at Rheinbad 33 07:00-08:00 am:

- Rheinbad Europaplatz 1, 40474 Duesseldorf (please us for the GPS Stockumer Höfe then follow instructions towards Rheinbad)

-Parking space is available in front of the pool - We use a 25m line with 26 degrees water temperature

4. Saturday Rheinblick 741 in Oberkassel:

-Saturday warm water course pool with 30 degrees - Saturday 09:15-11:00 am, Parking space is available in front of the pool

Thursday at Stadtbad Neuss 02:00-06:30 pm:

Tuesday at Hallenbad Wevelinghoven 02:00-05:00 pm:

- A pool of the Diedrich Uhlhorn Realschule-Friday 2:00-5:00 pm- Free parking space is available infront of the pool

Wednesday 02:00-06:00 pm:

- Monte Mare Weg 1, 50181 Bedburg - Wednesday 3:00-6:00 pm - free parking slots available in front of the pool - you can buy entrance ticktes and swim after the classes there
