1. Wednesday and Saturday at Familienbad Niederheid:
-Paul Thomas Straße 35, 40589 Duesseldorf
- Free parking space is available in front of the pool
- Wednesday 4:45-7:00 pm
- Saturday 5-6:30 pm
- Water temperature ca. 30 degrees- We use on Wednesday 1/3 of the small pool and Saturday 25m line with about 26 degrees
2. Wednesday Sonnenstrasse in Oberbilk
-Sonnenstraße 10, 40227 Düsseldorf
- Few parking slots available on the street
- We use the whole warmwater pool of the school
3. Friday and Sunday Rheinbad 33:
- Rheinbad Europaplatz 1, 40474 Duesseldorf(please us for the GPS Stockumer Höfe then follow instructions towards Rheinbad)
- Free parking space is available in front of the pool
- Friday 4:15-7:00 pm
- Sunday 09:00 am to 12:00 pm
- We use a 25m line with 26 degrees water temperature
4. Saturday Allwetterbad Flingern:
- Flinger Broich 91a, 40235 Duesseldorf
-Free parking space is available in front of the pool as well as a private parking space
- Saturday from 12:30 am to 03:30 pm
- We use the warmwater pool
5. Sunday at Schwimm in Bilk:
- Bachstraße 145, 40217 Duesseldorf-Sunday 09:15 am to 3:15 pm
- We use a 25m line with 26 degrees water temperature
- Parking space is available in front of the pool
