There are four different swimming styles: backstroke, freestyle, breaststroke, and butterfly. Would you like to learn one of these styles and swim like a pro? Then you're in the right place! We will teach you each swimming style and make sure you enjoy swimming.
The prerequisite for any technique course is basic swimming ability, including in deep water!
During our technical courses, you will learn the fundamental components of each stroke. No prior stroke experience is required, and we will work on improving your overall technique.
